When bogged down in the details of our craft, it is easy as musicians to miss out on some of the big things to be thankful for. There are many things that we should be thankful for as musicians, and gratitude often plays a role in success, no matter what you do in life!

Key Takeaways

Hardworking Instructors

It is easy to forget how much time an effort our private instructors put in for us. Many of us who have gone through private lessons can speak on the amount of care that our teachers have put into our lesson plans as well as their availability for our personal progress. When deep in the details of our work, we need to remember that we have amazing teachers to thank for aiding our progress. Thank you to all the private instructors out there!

Musical Resources

From the music books that we learn from, the tracks we listen to, and even the metronome we use on our phone, there are many tools that we have in our arsenal as musicians that were created by musicians that used to be in our shoes. It is easy to forget all of these tools we use and how important they are to our progress. It is important to be thankful for these amazing devices and resources that we can pull from in order to push ourselves. Thank you, content creators!
